Description ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Agency Marketing Manager supporting our premier client's Advertising Team. The Agency Marketing Manager plays a dual-focused role in driving both product strategy and go-to-market execution. This position serves as the crucial bridge between product development and market success, combining deep customer insights with strategic marketing expertise to ensure the team builds and markets products that meet customer needs and achieve strong market adoption. The focus of the role is to drive engagement for the Big 6 agency customers. Location : Santa Monica, CA Job Responsibilities Create compelling sales and marketing collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and web content for Big 6 agency audiences to increase visibility and engagement with the company's ad products. Guide prioritization, development, and implementation of case studies and research projects that highlight the impact of the team's advertising products, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional promotion. Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics like campaign KPIs, ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Drive collaboration across organizational boundaries by working with Product, Sales, Research, Training, and Regional teams to define priorities, align messaging, and execute impactful launches.
