Job Title: Electrical Assembler/Electrical Apprentice Job Description We are seeking 10 enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Electrical Assemblers/Electrical Apprentices. This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in the electrical field. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be eager to learn and work hands-on in the trade.
Responsibilities - Participate in hands-on electrical assembly tasks.
- Learn and apply basic electrical skills such as conduit installation and wire pulling.
- Assist in construction and wiring projects.
- Follow blueprints to ensure accurate electrical installations.
Essential Skills - Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
- Solid attendance and work ethic.
- Ability to communicate in English at a minimum of 50% proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Any knowledge of electrical systems is considered a plus.

Work Environment The position is based in a pre-fabricated environment equipped with heating but without air conditioning. Employees will work five days a week, consisting of four 10-hour days and one 8-hour day, totaling a minimum of 48 hours. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Personal protective equipment, including hard hats, safety vests, and safety glasses, will be provided during orientation; however, employees must bring their own steel-toed boots.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
