Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Decatur is looking to hire an Assistant Spa Manager with a passion for team building and training to drive the sales and growth at our beautiful two year-old spa. Must be capable of meeting sales goals.
***STRONG preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of success with spa membership sales***. Must be able to understand key performance indicators and meet sales goals. Weekends are required. Some nights and holidays may also be required based on business needs. We offer base pay, a great bonus structure and more. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of daily operations with focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
