*Please note: This is a hybrid remote schedule (Required to be onsite in Decatur, TX 4 days per week during ramping up and then 1-2 days per week after ramping up period)

What You’ll Do

As EWN’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) , you will serve as a key strategic advisor and financial steward, reporting directly to the COO. You’ll partner with executive leadership to drive long-term financial strategy, support high-growth initiatives, and ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, including SaaS-specific metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)
• Partner with internal leaders and the Board of Directors to support strategic decisions
• Oversee all financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance functions
• Optimize capital allocation and financial processes through automation and innovation
• Lead M&A due diligence, fundraising, and potential IPO or exit planning
• Support global expansion strategies and remote workforce planning

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of financial leadership, with deep FP&A experience
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Experience with ERP systems, FP&A software, and data visualization tools
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA
• SaaS or high-growth technology company experience
• Knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS financial models

Job Specifications

• FLSA Classification : Exempt
• Type : Full Time
• Travel : Up to 20%
• Work Arrangement : Hybrid Remote (4 days in office during initial ramp up, then, 1-2 days per week onsite)
• Shifts : Monday – Friday, between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Environment : Office, Home Office
