Key Responsibilities

• Integrate cutting-edge financial tech (e.g., AI analytics, ERP systems) to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance leadership, with 5+ years as CFO and equivalent in a $250M+ revenue company.
• Proven expertise in technology manufacturing (e.g., semiconductors, hardware, or electronics).
• Track record of leading successful M&A deals, ensuring value creation.
• Advanced financial modeling and ERP expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional compliance and audits in tech manufacturing.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA from a top-tier program. Big 4 experience a plus!!
• Exceptional strategic and communication skills to influence boardroom and banking partners.
