We are offering a Part Time/Contracted Licensed Physical Therapist role in Fairfield, CA!

*Schedule:*
* Hours and days are flexible as long as you're able to work during the week between Monday through Friday.
* No weekends, no overtime and no on call. We believe in work, life balance!

The Physical Therapist will run the physical portion of our Functional Restoration Program.

*The Functional Restoration Program (FRP)* is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation program designed to help injured workers with chronic pain to regain function and return to an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

The role consists of:
* Offering group and individual strength and conditioning programs
* Completion of evaluations throughout the program
* Generation of weekly progress reports as well as functional portion of initial assessment/evaluation reports
* Teaching lectures as needed to pain patients
* Participation in multidisciplinary staff meeting
* Working alongside team of clinicians as necessary to manage care plans

*Compensation Range:*
$70.00 to $85.00 per hour
