Location: Certified Angus Beef Culinary Center, Wooster, Ohio
Length: 15-week paid externship
Work with and learn from industry-leading chefs and meat scientists at the Certified Angus Beef Culinary Center, where the old-school art of beef butchery meets modern culinary cuisine. You could be at the hub of this private dining and educational center, where you'll prepare food for high-end culinary events while gaining skills and understanding in beef butchery, beef cut preparation and plating, beef charcuterie and aging, social media and food styling, and beef's journey from the farm to table.

Content noted for the externship will be covered during the 15 weeks with topics, fluctuating from day to day. For example, 3 days of culinary programming may be followed by 2 days in the Meat Lab.
Although most hours should be daytime on weekdays, candidates should be willing to work 8-10 hours per day, including some nights and weekends. Limited travel is possible for specific events.
