Job Title: Destination Wedding Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Destination Wedding Consultant to join our travel services team. This remote role focuses on assisting couples in planning and executing their dream wedding in breathtaking locations around the world. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of travel coordination, vendor management, and event planning—combined with exceptional client service skills and a passion for romance, culture, and global destinations.
Guide clients through the entire destination wedding planning process, from initial consultation to post-event follow-up.
Assist with the selection of wedding destinations, venues, accommodations, and related travel services.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the wedding couple and their guests, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and group excursions.
Liaise with local wedding planners, venues, vendors, and suppliers in various countries to secure services such as catering, photography, florals, officiants, and décor.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding travel requirements, legal marriage regulations, customs procedures, and cultural considerations.
Create customized wedding travel packages aligned with client preferences, budget, and vision.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering expert guidance and maintaining a calm and professional tone.
Manage changes, special requests, or emergencies with grace and resourcefulness.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, bookings, and agreements.
Ensure full compliance with travel regulations, safety guidelines, and organizational standards.
2+ years of experience in travel coordination, event planning, or hospitality, ideally with a focus on weddings or group travel.
Familiarity with popular wedding destinations such as Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, Hawaii, Bali, and the Maldives.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with travel booking platforms and CRMs.
Creative problem-solving mindset and a calm, solution-oriented demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in travel planning, event management, or hospitality is a plus.
