Job Description

In this role, you will introduce your peers to the newest addition to the DORITOS® family: DINAMITA®. You’ll be instrumental in making it the go-to snack on college campuses.

Your main tasks are to: (1) Distribute product samples through fun events - tabling events in populated areas on your campus and product drops within various student organizations ; (2) Create and share engaging social media content on your TikTok account.

We’re selecting multiple Brand Ambassadors at 50 universities. If you have friends who might be interested, share this job and encourage them to apply! The more applicants from your campus, the higher the chances your school will be selected for activation, and you might even get to work together!

Timeline: This part-time role will run through the Fall 2025 semester/quarter.

Responsibilities

During the Fall semester/quarter, you will complete the following tasks:

• Distribute 500 DINAMITA® product samples. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events and student organization product drops.
• 3 TikTok posts - the best content will receive additional promotion through various strategies, giving you greater visibility and the opportunity to grow your social media following.

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following:

• Pre-program virtual training & planning
• Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
• Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
• Adhere to task due dates/milestones that will be shared during program training

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote DINAMITA® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Fall 2025 semester/quarter.
• Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the packaged snack industry.
• This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.
• Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Bonus if you already love DORITOS® & DINAMITA®!
• The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is preferred.
• A strong & “brand safe” presence on TikTok is required. Videos must consistently generate over 500 views. Furthermore, content should avoid cursing (including in music), profane gestures or actions, underage drinking, and overly religious or political topics.
• Ambassadors must make their TikTok account public and unhide likes throughout the program.

EvolveZ partners with brands like DORITOS® DINAMITA® to run their college Brand Ambassador programs. Our team manages the entire process—from interviews and hiring to training and weekly management—while the DINAMITA® team provides general program oversight.
