We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals with no prior electrical experience to join our team as Entry-Level Apprentice Electricians under our structured apprenticeship program. Your Apprenticeship Journey:

As an Entry-Level Apprentice Electrician, you will embark on a paid learning journey where you will:

1. Work directly alongside experienced Journeyman and Master Electricians on real job sites.
2. Receive comprehensive on-the-job training in all aspects of electrical work.
3. Learn fundamental electrical principles, codes, and safety regulations.
4. Gain hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
5. Assist with tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire, installing fixtures, and troubleshooting basic issues (under close supervision).
6. Develop proficiency in using various hand and power tools safely.
7. Contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
8. Participate actively in the apprenticeship program's learning objectives.

Compensation:

You will start your apprenticeship with a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 per hour .

After successfully completing six (6) months of satisfactory employment in our apprenticeship program, Talentcorps will fully reimburse the cost of a four-year educational program in the trade of electrician at an accredited institution of your choice (subject to company policy and approval).
