We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and execution and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our events team in the planning and delivery of various events, including corporate functions, workshops, and community gatherings

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution
• Support the event team in managing logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Help with the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment on-site
• Maintain and update event calendars and schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to arrange necessary services and materials
• Assist with promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
