Description: As an Events Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of a variety of events. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. You will work closely with the events team to help bring creative visions to life. 

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
  • Support the events team with logistical arrangements, including venue setup, vendor management, and scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event details are in place.
  • Help create event materials, including programs, signage, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of all event components.
  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or assistance is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
