Job Description

We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Events Marketing Manager to lead in the strategic planning and execution of external and internal events—both in-person and virtual. This pivotal role is focused on enhancing brand presence and meeting marketing objectives through innovative event strategies. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Event Management: Independently develop and implement comprehensive event strategies that align with organizational marketing goals, focused on optimizing engagement and achieving desired outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and sponsors, managing negotiations and collaborations to ensure alignment with event objectives and organizational standards. Budget Ownership: Full management of event budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and monitoring expenditures to ensure optimal use of resources and maximum return on investment. Analytics and Performance Reporting: Utilize analytics frameworks to assess event success, leveraging data to guide strategic decisions and future improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish objectives, deadlines, and responsibilities to ensure internal alignment, success and efficiency. Marketing Integration: Seamlessly integrate event strategies with broader marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in event marketing, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance event effectiveness and attendee experiences. Vendor and Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with essential vendors and partners, ensuring services meet quality expectations and align with brand values. Mentorship: Guide and support the development of junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in event strategy, planning and management or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful event strategies. Excellent project management skills, ensuring transparency and accountability. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building robust relationships with both team members and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. Solid analytical abilities, experienced in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of CRM and event management software is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
