What do you need for this Financial Analyst role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• 3-5 of finance experience
• Advanced Excel
• MBA a plus
• Manufacturing related experience also a plus

What will you do in this Financial Analyst role?

• Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• Align financial strategies with overall business objectives
• Analyze revenue streams, pricing models, and sales trends
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Build and maintain financial models to assess ROI, payback periods, and scenario planning
• Assess cost structures and direct and indirect expenses
• Monitor financial trends, risks, and opportunities
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects
• Ensure budget proposals are aligned with corporate goals and financial benchmarks
