Job Description
University Place in Orem, UT is hiring for general building and grounds maintenance positions. Person must be knowledgeable about general building maintenance with some some knowledge in few of the following areas: Electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC repair, vehicle and equipment maintenance, welding and fabricating, and sprinkler and landscape repair. Person must be handy and have a basic knowledge and ability to repair buildings and exterior grounds improvements. An understanding of general building construction would be helpful. Person must be physically able to lift, climb ladders, use hand tools, operate equipment safely, and have a drivers license.
