Identify common issues and suggest improvements for the services offered. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service is a plus. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Proficient in using computers and familiarity with live chat support software.
