The Human Resources Intern position is an exciting opportunity to learn about and work within the medical device/dental industry. An ideal candidate would desire a future position in the Human Resources function or other positions in the medical device industry. Skills learned during this internship will benefit an individual as they look to break into a meaningful corporate role upon graduating. An ideal candidate possesses a strong bias for action, willing to do what takes to get the job done and seeks out areas to make an impact. The position would start as full-time in the summer of 2025. The candidate may have the opportunity to continue as part time in the fall of 2025 through spring of 2026. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include working with US Human Resources team to brainstorm tactics, assist in training initiatives, design and create training and communications materials, coordinate execution of training communication tactics, assist with training classes, develop and administer online surveys, assist in engagement efforts and employee activities, compile and analyze survey results, audit and support onboarding process, maintain employee data in HRIS (Workday), conduct job classification and compensation audits, administer HR departmental processes including budgets and vendor management, and perform all duties in keeping with the Company’s core values, policies and applicable regulations. Job Requirements include being a current Junior student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, overall GPA over 3.0 preferred, ability to work 40 hours each week as this is a Full-Time internship, and interest in a career in Human Resources or medical device industry. Preferred Requirements include proven ability to build and execute project plans, strong communication and problem-solving skills, data analysis skills, strong organization and prioritization skills, relationship building skills, and flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
