The HRIS Manager will serve as the key owner of all HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, streamlined system integration, and adherence to core data standards. This role will support day-to-day system operations—particularly payroll, benefits, and time and attendance—and play a strategic role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new HR technology. The manager will partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Rewards, and IT to optimize system functionality and ensure compliance with auditing and reporting requirements.
