Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
Seeking a proven Pharmacist-in-Charge to oversee home infusion pharmacy services in Arkansas. This is a full-time opportunity offering a relocation package and the chance to lead a multidisciplinary pharmacy team in a well-supported environment.
Role Summary:
Youll manage all clinical, operational, and pliance aspects of the pharmacydriving excellence in patient care and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, therapy assessments, and care planning
Supervise pharmacists, techs, billing, and nursing staff
Maintain sterile pounding standards and regulatory pliance
Ensure quality assurance and support accreditation initiatives
Guide reimbursement processes and medication safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
Arkansas Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years in infusion + 2 years in management
Strong grasp of TPN, IV therapies, and USP <797>/<800>
Prior PIC experience highly preferred
Confident municator with proven leadership skills
