Lead Gutter Installer | Full-Time (W2) | Maryland Heights, MO
Better Painting is growing fast — and we’re ready to build out a dedicated gutter division. We’re looking for an experienced gutter installer who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects, and help us grow a full-service team from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role with real opportunity: You’ll start as a solo installer, but you’ll play a key role in shaping the department as we scale — with the potential to lead your own crew(s) in the near future.
Responsibilities
Install and replace a variety of gutter systems based on project needs (K-style, half-round, seamless, etc.)
Work independently in the field on residential and light commercial properties
Ensure quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site
Communicate directly with the office team to coordinate scheduling, materials, and job progress
Help us build out our gutter process and train future hires as the team grows
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in gutter installation (please include photos of past work)
Comfortable working at heights and handling tools/equipment related to gutter installation
Self-sufficient, organized, and able to manage time without direct supervision
A leadership mindset – you’re not just doing the work, you’re helping shape the department
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience (but not required):
Experience operating a gutter machine (or interest in learning)
Familiarity with downspout drainage systems and minor fascia/soffit repair
