Marketing Coordinator – Centner Wellness
Centner Wellness is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about wellness, digital storytelling, and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on-site Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts, either 10 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 7 PM).
• Develop and execute engaging webinars and biweekly email campaigns.
• Coordinate grass roots events, collaborating with the events team to ensure seamless execution.
• Curate and produce organic content aligned with Brickell and Edgewater calendars to highlight wellness offerings and initiatives.
• Manage and adhere to the content calendar, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Handle daily posting and engagement for two Instagram accounts, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
• Capture and create real-time organic content during business hours to showcase live experiences and community interactions.
• Support weekend trainings and events as needed to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Gather technical information on services, therapies, labs, tests, assessments, and protocols at Centner Wellness by working closely with specialists.
• Collect and manage photographic and audiovisual materials for various marketing outlets.
• Experiential Marketing Coordination: Oversee the full event lifecycle, including pre-production, on-site execution, and post-production; coordinate transportation, activation staff, loading, setup, and teardown; manage all activation assets, create checklists, and oversee the design and production of new assets; ensure seamless execution and provide recaps for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions, emails, and event promotions.
• Knowledge of wellness, holistic health, and community-driven content is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools, basic graphic design, and video editing is a bonus.
• Ability to work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively.
