This entry-level position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn. You’ll support our team of marketing strategists across a wide range of tasks and projects — from campaign execution and social media to research, reporting, and beyond. What You’ll Do

• Manage internal documents and ensure the team stays organized and on-task
• Assist with media buying, trafficking ads, and pulling performance reports
• Help execute email campaigns using Mailchimp, including drip campaigns
• Support social media content creation, scheduling, and quarterly calendar planning
• Draft and distribute press releases and develop media contact lists
• Use Canva to design simple graphics for marketing and social channels
• Proofread marketing materials including ads, websites, and email campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategy
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for content and campaigns
• Coordinate creative projects and help with trafficking and implementation
• Assist in client-facing tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and meeting support
