Phlebotomist – Full Time

SUMMARY:
Boston IVF has a FULL TIME PHLEBOTOMIST position at our Springfield, MA center. The schedule for this role includes drawing blood on 5 mornings per week 6:30am-12:30pm and alternating Saturdays 6:30am-10:30am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform patient phlebotomy and specimen processing
Processing samples to send to reference labs
Responsible for pending results
Adhere to phlebotomy procedures and lab services manuals
Adhere to requirements of Safety Procedures
Maintain cleanliness of drawing area and stock supplies in phlebotomy lab
Flu vaccination required
Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ Experience
Certification is preferred but not a requirement
Technical expertise along with good customer service is very important
Attention to detail a must
