Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform detailed due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
  • Monitor and support portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and identify value creation opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
