Primary Responsibilities
We are on the essential work-list to see which homes qualify for the federal and state benefits of transitioning to renewable energy. We have teams that go home to home in residential neighborhoods to ensure homeowners are aware of a program called Net Metering. If qualified, we set them up with an appointment where they can meet with a consultant to go over a clean energy savings report. We work alongside HOA's, utility companies and local government to ensure each homeowner is able to transition to solar energy in a timely and efficient manner. This position entails managing our indeed account and conducting interviews for all positions within the organization.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Tysons Corner, VA. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the hiring process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also develop and implement recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, and ensure an excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process.
