SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree or minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Proficient in HRIS systems and tools as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strictly maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong people skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a thorough understanding of core HR functions are essential
