We’re on the hunt for a passionate  Restaurant Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role offers:

• A  competitive salary of up to $75,000 (DOE).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management.
• Background: Upscale casual, upscale, or fine dining experience preferred.
• Skills: Familiarity with scratch kitchens and from-scratch cooking processes is a plus.
• Track Record: A stable work history with proven success and growth.
• Business Acumen: Expertise in P&L management, scheduling, and inventory control.
