About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical in supporting the Customer team. This role involves generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, building customer relationships and facilitating the sales process to contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and generate leads for the sales team.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales collateral, drafting proposals, scheduling demo calls and managing follow-up activities for prospects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Provide reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If you have
2+ years of experience preferably in a startup environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office twice a week.
