The opportunity We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, drawing on our integrated competencies across tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. We help clients achieve better outcomes and lasting results, from strategy to execution. Your Key Responsibilities Enhance and optimize the Quality Management (QM) process framework, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies. Design and prototype SAP QM solutions, leading discussions on functionality to support decision-making. Conduct system demonstrations to showcase SAP’s standard capabilities, gaining stakeholder acceptance and identifying functional gaps or client needs. Translate local business needs into system configurations, ensuring SAP setups meet client objectives. Scope reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and other development objects to align client needs with SAP functionalities. Evaluate functional specifications documents for clarity and accuracy in meeting project goals. Collaborate with security teams to define and implement local security profiles. Perform data field and value mappings during data conversion efforts. Support testing activities, resolve issues, and assist during cutover and go-live activities. Lead and oversee workstreams, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met. Demonstrate technical expertise and business acumen to contribute to project success. Lead and deliver SAP projects or workstreams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integration points with PTD, LEX (IM/EWM), STP for seamless system alignment. Skills and Attributes for Success Work with stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and configure or integrate SAP and non-SAP systems. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience 3+ years working with SAP ERP systems, focusing on Quality Management modules Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and team members Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience Ability to research client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and emerging technologies Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs Preferred Qualifications Prior consulting experience SAP certification(s) Experience with at least three full lifecycle implementations of core modules What We Look For Someone with strong functional business skills combined with in-depth SAP technical capabilities.
