Location: Sheridan, AR Job Duration: Summer Session (ESY) Assignment Dates: June 16-19 and July 7-10, 14-17

An opportunity is available for a dedicated candidate to provide teletherapy services to elementary school students during the summer months. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy to support students with unique needs, ensuring they receive the care and guidance essential for their development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct teletherapy sessions for a caseload of 3 students, utilizing remote tools to engage effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote understanding of therapy techniques and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and standards in teletherapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• State licensure and ASHA certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with students with disabilities, specifically Down syndrome and autism.
• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and technology for remote sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families.
