Our client is seeking a strategic, solutions-driven, and hands-on Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead and elevate our HR function during an exciting period of multi-state expansion. You are a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and bring a balance of big-picture thinking with operational precision.

Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping and scaling a people-centered workplace that emphasizes compliance, accountability, engagement, and professional growth. Position Overview:

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be hands-on with all core HR functions including payroll, benefits, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and onboarding activities
• Maintain compliance with ADA, FMLA, OSHA, I-9, EEO
• Policy development and audit readiness
• Build a culture of engagement, autonomy, and excellence
• Payroll management across multiple states
• Benefits administration (medical, retirement, wellness)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (e.g., Paycom)
• SHRM-CP or PHR a plus

Work Setting: On-site | M–F, 8AM–5PM | Flexibility for weather
