What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and full-year new sales quotas consistently
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate forecasting
• Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face customer meetings weekly, focusing on new sales prospecting
• Demonstrate products and integrated solutions effectively within specified timeframes
• Utilize Consultative Sales methodology to conduct impactful sales presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 4-5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
• Proven track record of sales quota overachievement
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations 70% of the time, with up to 40% overnight travel
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and other relevant automation tools

• Experience in sales within the government sector
• Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and Power Messaging
• Strong territory management skills and the ability to prioritize selling activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with key government contacts
