Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the strategic development and implementation of various platforms across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap/backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions that enhance our restaurant and home office systems, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.

Your Key Job Functions

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for Brinker's digital communication platforms, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and leadership to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and administrators to design and implement new functionalities and enhancements.
  • Lead Agile product development efforts, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Ensure platform governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Stay up to date on the platforms' capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of the owned product's solutions.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Product Ownership, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
