Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, weekend required
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• CO is part of PT Compact license 
• 1+ years of Acute care experience
• AHA BLS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required. Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred
• Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred. Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred

Details:
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
o 1 dose bivalent vaccine

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
