This position is for an Ultrasound Technician in a short-term acute care facility. The technician will perform a variety of general ultrasound procedures, with a preference for experience in breast and vascular ultrasound. The role requires weekend work, on-call availability, and floating between various ultrasound units. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Performing a variety of general ultrasound procedures.
- Performing breast and vascular ultrasounds (preferred).
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Floating between various ultrasound units within the facility.
- Working weekends and on-call shifts.
- Charting in EPIC.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Two years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
- Current BLS certification.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to float between various ultrasound units.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with breast and vascular ultrasound procedures.
Special Considerations:
- Weekend shifts are required.
- On-call duties are required.
- Floating between various ultrasound units is required.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
- No restrictions on return-to-work (RTO) timeframe, but preference for under 7 days.
Scheduling:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week.
- Weekend shifts are required.
- On-call availability is required.
