Manufacturer in the Clara City, MN area is seeking a results-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse functions in their manufacturing environment. This role will have a critical focus on inventory accuracy through meticulous reconciliation. This role ensures efficient and safe material flow, from receipt to shipment, while maintaining optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with expertise in warehouse best practices and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency and safety.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and transportation logistics.
• Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs.
• Establish and maintain accurate inventory records in [Specify ERP System].
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance availability and minimize excess.
• Collaborate with procurement and production planning.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.

• Maintain accurate records and develop SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in inventory control and reconciliation.
