Time off requests are submitted in advance. Shift trades can be made after the schedule is published, if needed.Additional Info: Work with AFC, one of the largest urgent care systems throughout the nation, known for providing comprehensive and astute urgent care services. IDEAL CANDIDATES: -Candidates with UC experience preferred, will accept those with prior ICU/ER experience as an RN -Accepting new graduates who are proficient in UC procedures such as suturing, EKG, splinting, X-rays, etc. -Team-Oriented: Willing to work every other full weekend (Sat/Sun) and proportional holidays as part of the provider rotation -Must already be board-certified and licensed in MA NEW GRADUATE SUPPORT: New grads receive strong initial support but must quickly become efficient and confident in independent decision-making. After training, they'll serve as the float or second provider in busy clinics, consulting with a Supervising Physician only as needed-especially for pediatric cases if lacking prior experience.
