Job Summary: As a Construction Project Coordinator at Haidilao, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the restaurant construction and renovation projects. This role requires process optimization, administrative support, and basic on-site project experience to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.Duties/Responsibilities: Project Management Support Assist in coordinating restaurant construction and renovation projects to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution for all owner-supplied materials and vendors. Monitor project progress, track schedules, and support on-site issue resolution. Ensure construction quality aligns with design standards and company requirements. Process Optimization Organize and optimize construction project workflows to improve efficiency. Develop and refine construction management processes to ensure seamless coordination. Assist in the optimization of contract management, budgeting, and material procurement processes. Collaborate with the purchasing department to align procurement strategies with project needs to support project schedules. Administrative and Documentation Management Manage project-related documentation, including filing and record-keeping. Assist the department manager in streamlining construction project workflows to enhance process standardization and efficiency. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and relevant paperwork. Serve as a communication bridge between internal departments, contractors, and suppliers. On-Site Coordination and Support Utilize basic on-site construction experience to assist with site inspections, acceptance checks, and issue resolution. Participate in construction progress monitoring and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Facilitate communication between contractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders to drive problem-solving. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: At least 2 years of on-site construction experience; experience in restaurant or chain store renovation is a plus. Familiar with interior renovation and construction processes, as well as relevant building codes and industry standards. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate among various teams. Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to improve processes and manage projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, and Office software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel frequently to different restaurant locations across the U.S. Education/ Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction/project management is preferred; experience in other relevant fields of complexity will also be considered. Certification or relevant coursework in architecture, drafting, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Flexible work from home options available.
